The Banner Bar

Outdoor Display Products, LLC is owned and operated by Ken Holyfield in Montrose, Colorado.
As a banner company owner, I hated seeing my customer's banners poorly installed between two green T-posts, preventing good readability and often blowing down (sometimes the day after they installed them).   For a period of time, we sold other frames available to sign companies but they never entirely solved the problem.  This inspired me to develop and patent The Banner Bar.

The Banner Bar is proudly Made in the USA!  We've designed the Banner Bar using the best materials available for outdoor durability and product longevity.   We guarantee your satisfaction of our banner display product.  If after receiving your Banner Bar kit you feel it does not meet your expectations, you may return the kit for a full refund under the following terms:

• The Banner Bar kit is in new condition and has not been installed
• The Banner Bar kit must be returned in it's original packaging
• The Banner Bar kit has not been damaged in shipping
• All components are accounted for and included
• Return shipping is paid by the customer
  

Limited Hardware Warranty – 1 year warranty from date of purchase covers parts and labor which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship.  Hardware consists of all components of The Banner Bar except for the bungees.  The one year limited warranty covers the pole covers, caps, bungee retainers, t-clips, push pins, D-pins and the aluminum bar. 
The warranty does not cover improper installation methods, vandalism, miss-use, damage from accidents, normal wear and tear or extreme acts of God such as tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.  Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion. 
To submit a warranty claim, a photo of the original installation as well as a photo of the The Banner Bar taken at the time of the claim must be submitted for review.  Outdoor Display Products LLC reserves the right to approve or refuse a product repair or replacement if photos are unavailable.

Replacement Parts – Parts are available for purchase if your Banner Bar has been damaged from vandals, accidents, loss of parts, etc.

Consumables – The bungees are a consumable component of The Banner Bar kit with a variable life depending on their exposure to the elements.  Under normal use, bungees typically last four to six months of consistent use before needing replacement.  Our bungees are specifically made to fit The Banner Bar using top quality materials (Made in USA).   Replacement bungees can be purchased at www.outdoorbannerframe.com.
